A. Introduction
Eventhood, an event planning and booking platform, provides services to help users organize and manage events. By using the app, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all users and vendors who access or use Eventhood's platform, services, or features.
B. Definitions
User: Any individual or organization that uses Eventhood to plan, organize, or manage events.
Vendor: Service providers (DJs, caterers, venues, photographers, decorators, makeup artists, etc.) listed on Eventhood.
Services: All features, tools, and functionalities provided by Eventhood, including event planning, vendor booking, pass generation, and management tools.
Events: Any gathering, celebration, meeting, or occasion organized through Eventhood.
Bookings: Reservations or agreements made between users and vendors through the Eventhood platform.
Pass/Registration: Digital or physical passes, tickets, or registration documents generated through Eventhood for event attendees.
C. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use Eventhood.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating an account or using the platform.
Vendors must be valid businesses or service providers with proper credentials and authorization to offer their services.
D. User Responsibilities
Users must not use Eventhood for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Users must not create fake bookings, spam vendors, or misuse the platform in any way.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of event details, dates, locations, and all information provided when creating events or making bookings.
E. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide accurate pricing, service descriptions, and availability information on their profiles.
Vendors must not make unjustified cancellations or fail to deliver promised services without valid reasons.
Vendors must deliver the services as described and agreed upon in bookings, maintaining quality and professionalism.
F. Booking & Payments
Bookings are made directly between users and vendors through the Eventhood platform. Eventhood facilitates the connection but is not a party to the booking agreement.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual vendors. Users should review vendor cancellation policies before confirming bookings.
Payment processing, if integrated, will be handled securely. Users are responsible for payment obligations as agreed with vendors.
G. Eventhood Rights
Eventhood reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features and services at any time without prior notice.
Eventhood may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform.
Eventhood reserves the right to remove harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content from the platform.
H. Limitation of Liability
Eventhood is not responsible for:
- Vendor service quality, delivery, or performance
- Event delays, cancellations, or issues caused by vendors or external factors
- Loss or damage caused by misuse of the platform or violation of these terms
- Actions of third parties, including vendors, users, or external service providers
- Errors or inaccuracies in user-submitted data, event details, or booking information
I. Privacy & Data
Eventhood complies with data security standards and uses secure, encrypted systems to protect user information, vendor details, and booking data.
User data is not shared with third parties without permission, except as required by law or to facilitate bookings and services as described in our Privacy Policy.
J. Intellectual Property
The Eventhood logo, brand, user experience design, and all platform content are owned by Eventhood and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or replicate Eventhood's platform design, features, or branding without explicit written permission.
K. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Eventhood:
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Impersonation of other users, vendors, or Eventhood staff
- Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempts to breach platform security
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or harassment of users or vendors
- Misuse of vendor contact information for purposes outside of legitimate bookings
L. Changes to Terms
Eventhood may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or platform policies.
Users will be notified of significant changes through the app, email, or platform notifications. Continued use of Eventhood after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
M. Account Suspension
Eventhood may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or any behavior that harms other users or vendors.
Misuse or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the platform without refund or compensation.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of Eventhood shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
